ONIONKETCHUP

Like ketchup, but instead of tomato, think onion gravy. 
Goes great with:
Slather all over your Sunday Roast, dip chips in it or drink it straight from the bottle, we won't judge. (Might have done it ourselves). Base: Caramelised brown onions and sweet demerara sugar. Character: Hearty stock and familiar gravy-like herbs including sage and thyme.
